I know I know I know

Ugh, it makes me cringe.

It grinds my gears.

I know I know I know

It shouldn’t get me upset.

Maybe because..

I know I know I know

What it’s like, to miss out

On a learning opportunity

continuously saying..

I know I know I know

Maybe because I want so bad for them to get it

I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know

That’s what I often find myself saying.

I know I know I know

We sometimes take it personal

I know I know I know

It can be hard to separate what we know from who we are.

I know I know I know

The ego makes it much easier for us

to defend what we think we know.

I know I know I know

Is one of the best ways to lose the gift we could have.

The gift of better.

Since I know I know I know

I have it.

I know it.

I leave it.

I know I know I know

Is that what we want for ourselves?

But then again, I don’t know.
